The SEC and FINRA no longer wait for a formal request to talk.
After FINRA does a careful analysis of the information provided, and determine that they don't have jurisdiction to take the proper actions on the matter and feel it could be more appropriately handled by the SEC and OTC Markets, they then make a referral with information.
This has taken place as of (2) days ago....slow process, usually couple weeks.
Everything may be fine, or not.
